Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use ArcaZoo. Please read them; by using the site you accept them.

ArcaZoo is run by Adit Saxena, Via Garibaldi 42, 25087 Salò (BS), Italy, VAT no. IT04800300982 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected], in English or Italian. That address is also our single point of contact for players and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you, in particular under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and the consumer law of the EU country where you live.

1. Playing

You can play the first levels of our games without an account. Some levels and features need a free account, and some games need to be unlocked as described in section 5. We tell you which applies before you start a level.

We add, update and occasionally retire games. We keep games you've unlocked available for as long as the arcade runs; if we must retire one you've unlocked, we'll offer you a fair replacement or credit.

2. Your account

3. Fair play, comments and moderation

Don't:

Comments you post stay yours; you let us show them on the site for as long as they're up. You can delete your own at any time.

Reporting. Anyone can report a comment with the "Report" link under it, or by writing to [email protected] with a link to what's wrong and why. A person reads every report.

What we may do. Our team, not an algorithm, reviews reports and what we notice ourselves. We may remove comments, scores and names that break these rules or the law, reset a name, or hide spam and bot accounts' posts from others. If you break the rules seriously or repeatedly, we may suspend your account. When we remove your content or suspend you, we email you what we did and why, unless it's spam or the law or safety reasons prevent us. If you're suspended, your Arcade Pass stops renewing.

Disagree? Reply to our email or write to [email protected]. Someone other than the person who decided, where we can, looks at it again and answers you. You can also go to court or use an out-of-court dispute settlement body.

4. Our games and content

The games, artwork, music, code and the ArcaZoo name belong to us or to the artists who license them to us (see credits). You may play them on this site for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share screenshots and videos of your play. You may not copy, re-host or sell the games themselves.

5. Tokens, unlocks and the Arcade Pass

Tokens

The Arcade Pass

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We email a receipt for every payment to your account's email.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The Arcade Pass's tokens are digital content delivered as soon as you pay, so before you pay we ask for your express consent to get them straight away and your acknowledgment of the rule below (art. 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code).

The rule: you can withdraw within 14 days of paying for as long as you haven't spent any of that payment's tokens; we then refund you in full. Once you spend any of them, you lose the right of withdrawal for that payment.

To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here on your account page (shown for 14 days after each payment), or email [email protected] with your account email and a clear statement that you're withdrawing. We confirm receipt by email straight away and refund within 14 days, using the same payment method. Withdrawing ends the pass.

When things go wrong

You're entitled to digital content that works as described. If something you've unlocked doesn't work and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a proportionate refund. Write to us and we'll put it right.

6. Availability

We work to keep the arcade running smoothly, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We'll try to give notice of planned downtime.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for losses to a business. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that can't be limited by law (art. 1229 of the Civil Code).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change significantly affects you, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance; if you don't agree, you can close your account and cancel the Arcade Pass before it applies.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country's law. If we have a disagreement, please write to us first; most things are quickly sorted out. If not, you can go to the courts of the place where you live (art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code) or use an alternative dispute resolution body.
